Welcome to the Olivia Hotel! We are grateful you chose our hotel as your travel accommodation.

Check-in Requirements: A government-issued photo identification, incidental deposit of $100 USD, along with room and tax charges, are required upon check-in. The name on the ID, credit card, and reservation must be the same. The minimum age to check in is 21. All additional adult guests must be registered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay.

Olivia Hotel observes California Civil Code Sections 537, 1853, 1859, 1860, and 1865 (1)(d).

Cancellations and No-Shows: If the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to arrival (3 pm the prior day), no fee will be charged; if cancelled after this time, or in case of no show, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged. No-show fees are collected at 12 am.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-ins are available upon request and are subject to availability under the following fee schedule:

• Early check-ins between 12 pm and 3 pm are complimentary
• Early check-ins prior to 12 pm will incur a $50 USD fee

Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-outs are available upon request and are subject to availability under the following fee schedule:

• Late check-outs between 11 am and 12 pm are complimentary
• Late check-outs between 12 pm and 1 pm will incur a $50 USD fee
• Late check-outs between 1 pm and 3 pm will incur a fee equal to 50% of that night’s rack rate
• Late check-outs after 3 pm will incur a fee equal to 100% of that night’s rack rate.

All reservation check-out date modifications and late check-out requests must be made before the 11 am check-out time.

Pets: We gladly welcome guests traveling with dogs, and we comply with ADA service animal guidelines. Limited pet rooms available; guests must call hotel reservations in advance. All guests must register their dog upon check-in. We allow up to two (2) dogs per room, no larger than 40 lbs. per dog. Dogs shall not be left unattended in the room or in any other location in the hotel. A $35 USD fee per dog per night applies.

Parking: Convenient onsite self-parking available for $25 USD per night. Limited to 1 parking pass per room reserved. If needed, public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles (fees vary). No over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles permitted. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Olivia Hotel and its staff accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property and/or vehicles.

Additional Policies:

• Our maximum stay policy is 28 consecutive days. Guests are allowed to check-in again after 7 days from departure date.
• Minors (0-17 years) must be under the constant care, supervision, and control of a parent/guardian.
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
• We are a non-smoking, non-vaping, and non-cannabis property, including all guestrooms and public areas. Open flames/cooking in guestrooms and public areas is prohibited. A $250 USD fee per incident will be added to your folio.
• The registered guest is personally liable for any incidental charges and damages that occur during your stay.

Should you or your guests violate the above-mentioned policies, Olivia Hotel reserves the right to proceed with an early check-out without a refund in addition to incidental charges.
